The DEACOM® Contact Management course is designed to teach sales and marketing professionals how to create user-defined fields for contact records, track and view customer sales order history, establish and access reports on open quotes and sales orders, store and e-mail electronic documents directly from DEACOM, synchronize contacts with Outlook®, and set up and execute mail merges and e-mail campaigns.
Users will apply course concepts to the set up of their own contact management function, using actual company data under the supervision of an instructor. This course is developed for DEACOM users of all levels, and does not require advance preparation.
