Inside Sales Rep

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Prospect, qualify and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Work independently to research potential clients.
  • Make effective presentations to potential customers at all levels.
  • Account/Opportunity Management.
  • Work with Senior Sales Representatives to scope and manage solution sales cycle.
  • Closing business to hit targets.
  • Work with Pre-Sales consultant and sales team to scope and manage solution sales cycle.
  • Attend industry/supplier events as needed to generate opportunities.
  • Keep up to date on trends, industry and competitors.

Requirements

  • Prior business-to-business sales experience preferred not required.
  • Strong presentation/communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking to senior level executives.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Basic knowledge of common software applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in telemarketing, Cold Calling and/or lead generation/qualification is a plus.
  • Professional and self-motivated attitude.

Marketing Specialist

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Coordinate activities and logistics in support of tradeshows and our annual user conference.
  • Assist the development and execution of corporate speaking, webinars, and customer partnered programs.
  • Develop press releases supporting product announcements, customer wins, webinars, events, and thought leadership content.
  • Publish and promote internally developed White Papers.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, or similar.
  • 2 years of in-house marketing support experience or a combination of in-house and agency experience.
  • Experience with event planning and logistics.
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills with an ability to distill technical information into content (print and web) that is easily consumable to appropriate audiences and of interest to the media and prospective customers.
  • Some experience with HTML, Javascript, and other web scripting tools.
  • Experience with reputation management, SEO, and social media management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Senior ERP Product Specialist

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • As a key member of a project team, the Senior ERP Product Specialist ensures implementation tasks are completed on time from project kickoff to successful go-live.
  • Configures our ERP software to meet our manufacturing customer’s specific needs.
  • Works remotely or onsite with customers to complete project deliverables.
  • Facilitates the data migration process through iterative validation reviews with the customer.
  • Leads business analysis sessions with our customers to understand current business processes.
  • Collaborates with the Solutions Architect to create improved customer processes within the DEACOM ERP and trains customers on the new processes.
  • Creates EDI mappings and customer facing reports, labels, and business forms included in the scope of the project.
  • Conducts customer end-user training as required.
  • Manages all outstanding issues with the assistance of the Project Manager.
  • Completes other consulting projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years implementation experience with ERP or supply chain related commercial software products.
  • Experience with ERP solutions including Accounting, Order Processing, Inventory Management, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and MRP processes required.
  • Familiarity with Supply-Chain Optimization, Distribution, CRM, WMS, and Web solutions preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, client server applications, and web technologies.
  • Working knowledge of technical business requirements including but not limited to software integration, data migration, EDI, and business intelligence.
  • Windows operating system experience, working with a variety of hardware configurations and networks.
  • Strong desire to learn the DEACOM ERP solution and implementation methodology.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Implement changes to the software by design and do so in a defensive manner and with little negative impact.
  • Perform thorough testing of all changes and document all testing that has been completed for transparency.
  • Work with various APIs and Libraries in order to simplify complex business practices for the end user.
  • Remain up-to-date on new technologies in the industry.
  • Be responsive to coaching and skills development with the expectation of progressive advancement within Deacom.

Requirements

  • Fluent in iOS, Android, Objective-C, Javascript, CSS, HTML, and jQuery.
  • Experience developing C# applications using the .NET 4.0 Framework preferred.
  • Experience with LINQ syntax preferred.
  • Experience using ADO.NET to query and update data in SQL Server® preferred.
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas to clients clearly.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas to team members with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Basic PC/Windows support experience.
  • Data conversion experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
